| 2 | The full payment will settled by cash in Rupiah or USD$ base on the currency exchange at the day (start date of the rental car). |
| 3 | All our car rental rates (self drive or with driver) are quoted net in USD$ inclusive 21% Indonesian government taxes and Car Insurance. |
| 4 | All our car rental rates are include free car delivery and pick-up service at International Airport "Ngurah Rai" or Hotels in Bali which located in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Tuban, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Ubud area. This Free service is available on 08.00 AM - 20.00 PM everyday, otherwise it subjected for Early or Late delivery/pick-up service fee at USD$3. |

| Self Drive Car / Motorcycle Rental Term and Condition | |
| 1 | Car or motorcycle rental rate are quoted for 24 hours car usage and exclusive car's daily operational petrol. An addtional hour of car usage or extra hour(s) are subjected for 10% additional fee/hour from rental rate/night. 4 hours is the maximum of extra hours otherwise it will subjected for full a night rental charge. |
| 2 | An international driving license or tourist driving license is required for guest(s)/foreigners who select a self drive car rental services. |
| 3 | Car or motorcycle accident or Car or motorcycle damage subjected to renter risk liability for USD$30 or up to a month rental fee for major damage/accident. Renter will fully responsible for theft of the car (any part of it) or any damage which caused car wasn't driven on the road/off Road(Examples: drive on the beaches, mud field, and other extreme fields). |
| 4 | It is not permitted to drive the car out off Bali island. This Regulation are protected by National Bali Car Rental Association under Law Republic of Indonesia. |

| 1 | The car rental rate are quoted at net price in U$D base on 8 hours service. Addtional hours or extra hour(s) are subjected for additional fee 10% per Hours. |
| 2 | The rental rates are inclusive Driver fee, car's petrol consumption, and all risk car insurance. |
| 3 | Guide are available upon request. Guide Fee U$20 for 8 Hours services. |
